Especially if you do not have a local sourcing office, or dedicated team, with extensive knowledge of the language, culture and local manufacturers, that can be trusted for quality and reliability. To find exactly the right product(s) or part(s) you need, at the right price, and quality, you expect, is difficult and can be compared to go through a maze. You don't know exactly where to go, unless you try and error many times. Our local dedicated team has the knowledge, expertise and connections to guide you through this "maze" to successfully find the products, parts or services you are looking for. When doing product sourcing there are two general options:
1) You do it internally, which means extra cost and time.
- Time to search for potential suppliers
- Travel expenses (flight tickets, accommodation and so forth)
- Local travel expenses
The risk:
- You spend time and money and have no guarantee of succeeding
- The supplier you might find is not trustworthy
- Difficulties in general communication, which in effect will add time, cost and frustration.
2) You can pay a national trade office or an embassy to assist.
- Most trade offices and Embassies charge a premium just to pick up the phone and get started with no guarantee of success.
- Most often they only lead you in the right direction - you have to do all the work your self - which means time and money and still the risk of not succeeding.

- You do not have to deal with suppliers, who often do not speak very well English
- Wingman Group is you contact window and in effect becomes your supplier.
- We speak English and Danish, and will solve all related issues along the way.

Direct dialogue is very important to understand what you are looking for and to avoid any misunderstandings.

- The relevant manager will contact you by email to arrange a time for a short phone meeting (often via Skype) to get a better understand of you inquiry.
- After we have a mutual understanding of the product you need. We will get started
- After finding the product and we have agreed on the price we will arrange for samples to be shipped (we do not provide samples free of charge) for testing and evaluation.
After the product has been approved by you. Your purchasing department can place the first order directly to Wingman Group. We will handle all aspects of the order from Product development, sample production, mass production and shipping.
