Factory Audit
The Factory Audit should be performed before you place an order with a new supplier. We will evaluate the factory quality control system, management, check for any supply chain management issue. The factory evaluation is done at the manufacturer's premisses and will give you peace of mind in ensuring that the your new supplier is as good as they claim (Factory audit is available for factories both in China and Taiwan).
What do we check?
- Factory profile: Name, contact details, licenses check etc.
- Employees and workforce: Management, QC, workers etc.
- Facility check: Office, equipment, production lines ets.
- Clients and experience: Trade history, samples check etc.
- Document verification: Licenses, certificates etc.
- Other: Production line status, vendor organisation, production capability and capacity, a quick check on existing quality system.

During Production Inspection
During Production Inspection is performed when around 10% of an order is completed. it can uncover problems at an early production stage, allowing more time for reworking and correction. It also helps you supervise whether the production process is on schedule (this service is only available for products made in China).

Final Random (Pre-shipment) Inspection
The Final Random Inspection is the most important inspection to perform. This inspection confirms the quality level of the shipment as a whole. It normally requires the production to be finished or at least 80% of the goods are packed into cartons. The checked samples are randomly selected accourding to ISO 2859-1 (ANSIASQC Z1.4-2003) formerly known as MIL-STF-105E table. We will evaluate the function, safety, workmanshp, quantity etc. We pick out defectives and ask factory to rework or replace if needed (this service is only available for products made in China).

Loading Supervision Service
When we do loading inspection in factories, our inspector will monitor the loading process. Inspection will be finished after the container leaves the factory (Factory audit is available for factories both in China and Taiwan).
What do we check?
- A simple quality check is performe before loading to verify that the product type and packing details conform to the clients requirements.
- Take detail photos of the loading process.
- Record container no./seal no./quantity of cartons.
- Container condition.
- Ensuring the proper handeling of your cargo.
- Make sure that container is loaded in the most space effectient way.
